“We used Tony to move us into our new home this past weekend. We had another company give us a quote and after meeting with Tony we were confident he was the one we wanted to hire. Tony was very detailed in describing what we needed for this move. Tony and Mike came the day before to help me pack away the items that were difficult i.e. The TV, paintings, lamps, etc. They also offered to do all of the packing, but we were fortunate to have friends help us with that, but definitely a nice option to have. They arrived early on moving day and had the job done quickly and efficiently. These guys work very well together. They took special care not to damage the furniture, walls, floors, etc at both houses. We have some very heavy, expensive pieces and not one was damaged. They were pleasant, funny and great with my kids. They even finished the job in less time than expected, saving us money! I don't typically write reviews and I'm very difficult to impress. I was pleasantly surprised that Tony and his crew not only met my expectations, but they exceeded them! I highly recommend this company. Very positive experience!”
This is where we live and work. Tony the Mover covers all of Sterling Heights, from the older subdivisions to the condos near Lakeside. Careful with your furniture and your floors, clear on the price, and Tony is on the job himself.
What Shapes a Sterling Heights Move
- Brick colonials and ranches usually mean a full basement to carry up or down.
- Michigan winters put salt and slush at the door, so we lay floor runners on every job.
- Apartment complexes along Van Dyke have shared lots and stair units.

How to Keep Your Move Smooth
- Point out the safe, the treadmill, and anything heavy in the basement up front.
- Clear the driveway of snow so we can back the truck to the door.
- Tell us about stairs or a walkout basement so we bring the right gear.
